Dates and deadlines

In the summer semester 2026, the Faculty Council meetings will take place on 28.04.2026 and 16.06.2026 .

The study commissions usually meet at least 2 weeks before the Faculty Council.

Study commissions

The Energy and Natural Resources Study Committee meets on xx.xx.2026 and xx.xx.2026.
The Economics Study Committee meets on xx.xx.2026 and xx.xx.2026.

Deadlines for the registration of TOP

  • For the first regular meetings in the SoSe 2026, the deadline for registering agenda items/submitting checked and complete documents is xx.xx.2026.
  • For the second regular sessions in the summer semester 2026, the deadline for registering agenda items/submitting reviewed and complete documents is xx.xx.2026.
  • Decentralized study quality funds
    Proposals for the use of decentralized study quality funds for winter semester 2026/2027 will be dealt with in the second meetings of the study commissions and the Faculty Council in summer semester 2026.
    The deadline for submitting proposals for use ends on xx.xx.2026.
  • Teaching assignments (WiWi and E+R) and examination authorizations (E+R)
    Teaching assignments for WiSe 2026/2027 will be dealt with in the second meetings of the Study Commissions and the Faculty Council in SoSe 2026. The deadline for submitting physical applications for teaching assignments ends on xx.xx.2026.
    From xx.xx.2026 until xx.xx.2026, applications for teaching assignments and examination authorizations (E+R) must be submitted in a TU Cloud. The forwardable access to this TU Cloud will be issued on xx.xx.2026 to the heads of the IEE, IEVB, ITE and all professors of the IGMR. The examination authorizations in the area of E+R are to be entered exclusively by the module supervisor for a module of a final thesis and/or a module for a study/project work.

Faculty Council

  • The deadline for registering agenda items/documents for the first regular session in the summer semester 2026 is 07.04.2026.
  • For the second regular session in the summer semester 2026, the deadline for registering agenda items/documents is 26.05.2026.

Doctoral matters

Applications for the opening of doctoral procedures must be submitted to the Faculty no later than the specified deadline before the Faculty Council meeting.

  • For the first regular session in the SoSe 2026, the deadline for submitting the documents for opening the doctoral procedure is 08.04.2026.
  • For the second regular session in the summer semester 2026, the deadline for submitting the documents for the opening of the doctoral procedure is 26.05.2026.
