Dates and deadlines

In the summer semester 2026, the Faculty Council meetings will take place on 28.04.2026 and 16.06.2026 .

The study commissions usually meet at least 2 weeks before the Faculty Council.

Program Committees
The Energy and Raw Materials Program Committee will meet on April 21, 2026, and June 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. on both dates.
The Mechanical Engineering/Process Engineering Study Committee will meet on April 21, 2026, and June 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. on both dates.
The Economics Study Committee will meet on April 14, 2026, and May 26, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. on both dates.
 

Energy and Raw Materials and Economics

• For the first regular meetings in the 2026 Summer Semester, the deadline for submitting agenda items and submitting reviewed and complete documents is March 24, 2026.
• For the second regular meetings in the 2026 summer semester, the deadline for submitting agenda items and submitting reviewed and complete documents is May 5, 2026.
• Decentralized Study Quality Funds
  Proposals for the use of decentralized study quality funds for the Fall 2026/2027 semester will be discussed at the second meetings of the Study Commissions and the Faculty Council in the Summer 2026 semester.
  The deadline for submitting proposals is May 5, 2026.
• Teaching assignments (WiWi and E+R) and examination authorizations (E+R) for the 2026/2027 winter semester:
  The deadline for submitting physical applications for teaching assignments is May 5, 2026.
  From March 20, 2026, through May 5, 2026, applications for teaching positions and examination authorization (E+R) must be submitted via the TU Cloud. Access to this TU Cloud, which can be forwarded, will be issued on March 20, 2026, to the department heads of the IEE, IEVB, ITE, and all professors at the IGMR. Examination authorizations in the E+R area must be entered exclusively by the module coordinator for a thesis module and/or a module for a term paper or project.

  The deadline for submitting physical applications for teaching assignments is May 5, 2026.
   

• The deadline for submitting agenda items and supporting documents for the first regular meeting of the 2026 summer semester is April 7, 2026.
• For the second regular meeting in the 2026 summer semester, the deadline for submitting agenda items and documents is May 26, 2026.

Applications to initiate doctoral proceedings must be submitted to the faculty no later than the specified deadline prior to the Faculty Council meeting.

• For the first regular meeting in the 2026 summer semester, the deadline for submitting documents to initiate the doctoral program is April 8, 2026.
• For the second regular meeting in the 2026 summer semester, the deadline for submitting documents to initiate the doctoral program is May 26, 2026.
